Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. For orders that have already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.


Custom or Special Orders

Orders for personalised items, limited-edition products, or bulk stationery orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your payment.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed using your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.


Exceptions

A cancellation request may be declined under the following circumstances:

  • The order has already been shipped or is in transit.

  • The product is customised, limited edition, or specially ordered.

  • The request is made after the 24-hour cancellation period has passed.
